pipe knocker question

i've received the prv and tried it plumbed, reversed flow thru prv, reversed flow thru pipe, no sucess either way, any suggestions?

it's been awhile since I've made one so i will get the parts and make it again and post then or u can call 480-209-6358. (Don't know if ur USA or not)
