An awesome pool
This is the most beautiful and amazing pool I have repaired leaks in.
With the floor UP, the building is transformed into a dance parlor, with the floor lowered it is an amazing pool with a panoramic view into Long
Island sound. The estate is currently for sale for $42m

It is a gunite pool, under the floor are huge hydralic lifts, 2 for the main floor and two smaller ones for the semi-circular areas on each side, the
entire floor (of the room and the pool/dance floor) is hand inlaid tile

Are you freaking kidding me? I mean I thought I've seen some spectucalar stuff down here in Windermere,FL (where Tiger Woods, Dwight Howard,Shaq,et
al.) have houses. This pool is awesome!
So let me get this straight there is hydraulic lifts inside the pool through the gunite or mounted on the pool shell/floor?
Where did you end up finding the leaks? Will the hydraulics pose a problem later on for leaking in that area?
Good stuff man thanks for the pics.

Yes, there are four hydralic lifts mounted on the floor of the shell.
The leaks were stress cracks surrounding one of the two main lifts, yes I look forward to future leaks reoccurring. They raised the dance floor up
three feet above the room floor to allow me to inspect the shell floor. They also have another jawdropping feature on the property, They have a 1/12
scale Brooklyn Bridge as a boat dock, the bridge goes out to a rock outcropping in LI Sound, it allows guests with large yachts to visit, and was
built by Roebling Company that designed of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Are the lifts using pool water or other means?

That is a sweet set up, but I got u beat, lol.
My territory is Los Angeles meaning Beverly Hills so on and so forth. Was at Speilbergs house last week, omg. The most insane pool I ever did was for
a Saudi prince in the most exclusive part of LA. The pool, spa's, w/falls, lazy river, slides, lagoons etc.. were over 150,000gal, something like 20
diff pumps blah blah. The coolest thing was he had a dance club that was under ground with a 60' bar that had six 8'x6' windows behind that looked
into the pool. I was called out to find a drip around one of those windows. Insane the money out here, should take some pics to share!
