Fixing leak after T

I currently have a leak that is under the footer. the line from the pump to the t is good. and the line from the t to the first return is good. We have already cut the concrete and dug up the second return. My "solution" is to insert a balloon plug in to the line at the last return past the leak and then inflate it to seal off and eliminate flow to the bad area.

Any suggestions?? any sucess stories??
Thanks!

I may have misunderstood you but if I didn't, an inflatable plug is not a good long term solution for plugging a line.
